Shipping Policy

At Highland Treat Co., all orders are carefully packed, heat sealed, and sent as fresh as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order sent as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery usually takes around 2 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate and delays can occasionally happen.

Shipping prices depend on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Local Collection

Local collection can be arranged from Kingussie.

Please select local collection at checkout if available, or contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable collection time.

International Shipping

We also ship to Europe and the USA.

Processing times remain the same, usually 1–3 working days, however delivery times are significantly longer depending on the destination.

International shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the order and delivery location. These will be calculated at checkout where available.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details being provided.
